What's the Procedure

• Contact D.I.Y. Safaris through our website to make an appointment. You provide a telephone number and time that you would like to be contacted. We will contact you in less than 24 hours to firm up a date and time to discuss your trip.
• A safari expert from our U.S. office will call you at the requested time for a 45 minute telephone consultation. This will be billed at $100 to your credit card which you will provide at the beginning of the consultation. This initial fee is refunded should you decide to use our Assisted Reservations Service to book your trip. Otherwise you are free to use the valuable professional advice you received to book your safari directly on your own.
